Year Round & seasonal positions available
 

Role:
This position is for an oyster farm worker, working primarily on our 24ft boat tending our oyster farm. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail oriented, and able to work safely on the water.

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting and cleaning the oysters

  • Harvesting market oysters

  • Landing, tumbling, and re bagging oysters as they grow.

  • Manage supplies needed for the oyster farm, and associated vessels.


Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand and work for several hours at a time outside.

  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. repetitively.

  • Experience on the water is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

  • Positive and helpful disposition.

  • Ability to work with a team.

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay based on skill and experience: $16-$25/hr

  • 20 hours/week minimum.
